These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all transactions made through The Curated Compass website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. Order Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize The Curated Compass to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and any shipping fees. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

4. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax laws.

5. Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise noted on the product listing. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligible returns and the refund process.

6. Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at customerservice@the-curated-compass.com or 704-804-1679 to request a cancellation.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified and any charge will be fully refunded.

10. Changes to Billing Terms

We reserve the right to update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
